I was born and brought up in Plymouth and, although I moved away for a few years, returned to one of the nicest places in Devon.  I love going for walks to the amazing Hoe and to the historical Barbican area of Plymouth, or enjoying our glorious beaches here in Devon. I have three grown up children and five grandchildren.

Over 16 years ago I completed a six week Reflexology course and throughout the years have been treating family and friends for fun.

The more I used Reflexology the more fascinated I became.  I decided to further my studies and signed up for a full VTCT Reflexology course, which included having to sit an Anatomy & Physiology exam and became a fully qualified Reflexologist. (Yes, that was hard work!!).

Not content with just the one complementary therapy, I went on to do a Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage course, finally becoming VTCT qualified.

I then discovered Reiki.  Again, another complementary therapy that amazes me and it can be given to anyone regardless of age or ailment (if any). The latest addition to my therapy list is Indian Head Massage.  Another very relaxing and helpful treatment. 

My aim is to pass on my passion for the natural healing ability of the human body in the hope that the feel-good factor that has enriched my life can also be enjoyed by those I treat.
